said that the first five steps in managing time are;
- To be clear about your purpose and your direction in life,
- To know how you spend your time
- To include an emotional element in your time management program.
- To become better organized.
- To find out when you work best.
Now you need to make sure your new time management regime is working for you.
If it is, you should notice the following improvements
If this is not happening, then go back over the steps and tweak your approach.

You need to to go on day by day practicing and monitoring your time management skills.
