Friday Recipe - Sabzi Polo Mahi (Fish) from Persia/Iran

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Rice
- 2 Pieces Fish (Tilapia Fillet)
- 2 Tsp Salt
- Flour, Turmeric
- 1 Small Onion
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 3.5 oz (100g) Tamarind Paste
- 1/2 Bunch Leek Chives, Fenugreek Leaaves, Parsley, Dill, Cilantro
- 1 Potato
- Onion, Lime Juice, Salt, Ground Chili Pepper
