When you're stressed, your body releases hormones that can cause all kinds of physical and emotional symptoms, The most common are headaches, muscle tension, fatigue, anxiety, and irritability. But there are some actions you can take to help you feel better. Here are some tips to help you manage the stress in your life. Exercise  Exercise is a great way to relieve stress as well as help your overall health. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week. Even very gentle exercise can help. Walking is great. Relaxation  There are all kinds of relaxation techniques around. They can help you reduce stress. Try Box Breathing or another breathing meditation. Find something that works for you and practice it regula
