That’s the big word here: Acceptance. Once you figure that there’s nothing you can do to stop some events coming and when it comes it’s easier to jump and accept. This is like bad things that happen in your life or life generally. No one can stop them from coming, and sometimes you’ll look back and see how much you’ve grown since said incident. Of course, this I not true of most things in life; you can change your route accordingly but for those you can do nothing about, don’t feel bad because everybody has been (or will be) in that position.
